About the Shootout
A new summer golf tradition in Western New York.
The Southern Tier Shootout was created to bring together golfers, friends, competitors, and weekend legends for one day of golf, laughs, and local pride in the Jamestown and Chautauqua Lake region.
It's an invitational built on the feel of a classic private-club tournament — with a little competitive edge, a lot of hospitality, and the kind of course you actually want to play. Rolling Southern Tier hills, pine and oak lined fairways, and lake air that hangs in the trees long after the last putt drops.
